Guideline for eposter:

  1. E-Poster Specifications:
    1. Orientation: Portrait (to match TV screen)
    2. Aspect Ratio: 9:16
    3. Common resolutions:
        • 1080×1920 (Full HD vertical)
        • 720×1280 (HD vertical)
  1. File Format: JPEG, PNG, or PDF (high quality)
  2. Font Size:
    1. Titles: 20–40 pt
    2. Body text: 14–18 pt (legible from a distance)
  1. Please kindly upload your ePoster presentation using the link provided below before 31st May 2026 and please kindly rename the file according to the abstract number given.

  4. Each presentation is allocated 10 minutes. (8 minutes presentation and 2 minutes Q&A)
  5. Each presentation will be judged based on these criteria: Knowledge of Content, Structure & Flow, Slide Design & Visuals, Delivery & Communication, Time Management, Handling Questions, Scientific Value, Professionalism & Preparedness
